...since my last entry. Sorry. What best excuse I can use for slacking so terribly? I don't know, probably saying that I've been a busy bee, it's been boring, too much work...naaaa, I know you won't believe me anyway, not matter what excuse I use:)
First entry after New Year's and it's already March! I better not keep these rhythms up otherwise it won't be worth reading my blog anymore. There has been lots of news and excitement in the first couple of months of 2008, a couple of random trips to my beloved Milan and now the biggest whammy of them all. I am leaving my current job at the end of March for pastures new. Ready as one can be, I can't wait to get my teeth into a brand new project..bring it on, is all I can say! So, there will be one big big party this year..Birthday + leaving Drinks - watch this space.
We were out and about in town this Friday night for Lucy's Leaving Do. Our final destination was Detroit, a lovely little cellar bar near Seven Dials. Not bad, if you avoid walking into walls. Those of you who remember my famous " I walked into a wall" experience....it was the same bar! You will be pleased to hear that on this occasion I totally behaved and did not have any close encounters with solid materials ( = walls). It was however a real good laugh and a good combination of work colleagues, friends and clients. Without going into too much detail, here are a few impressions:
All in all a succesful night, now I just need to get rid of the flue I caught. Should be easy, it's only the 3rd in 3 months! Argh!
Lucy, have a fab time off.....I will see you in about a month time in our new office. Yay!
