YAY! Lucy and Ben got married!!!
Last Saturday we ventured to a little town outside Oxford called Woodstock. Embarassingly enough I haven´t been out of London a lot recently, so it wasn´t only the special event making it so nice, but also the surrounding. It´s a little more than an hour drive...definitely worth a visit!!
The cermony was in the gorgeous Marlborough Room and I have to admit that even I was close to tears a few times!! 
Lucy looked like a princess.... after a year of planning and talking about it, it was a bit surreal to see it all happening!
After a glass of Pimm´s we ventured into the garden for some pictures. It really couldn´t have been more perfect...even the sun came out!!!!!!

Hopefully I´ll get more pictures in due course and I will update them, but there are just a few left for now. After the Palace we slowly walked back (What a treat walking over the fresh cut grass without your shoes!!! Right Lisa?? ) and reached the garden of the Museum where a Marquise was set up with candles lining all the paths. Funnily enough it started raining really badly once we were all underneath it! Never mind, that really didn´t disturb the festive mood!

A lot of good food, live music, dances, delicious cake, moving and funny speeches, and drinks later we sent the happy couple on their way. I´m not sure the residents were too pleased about all that screaming and cheering, but it had to be done! So we took over the Hotel Bar at the Bear Hotel and concluded the evening in style.

I had a really good time and lucky Lu and Ben Allgood are now honeymooning in Mauritius!!!
